Hello,


I can't open the Log.
There is the following Error Message:

Sure, i have installed a PDF reader, the normal Adobe Reader.
I also installed another PDF reader, but i always get this error.


Can somebody help me?

From unknown reason your PDF reader is not registered in system so program can't associate PDF files to open it.
You can try to reinstall PDF reader for All Users in OS.

Alternatively you can open Log files from Documents directory.

yeah, i did not know that the software saves the files in that directionary...now i found serveral Logs there :)
I can just open them with a double click...no problems...

perhaps the "all Users" is the problem?
I will try to install the adobe reader again and then i will select "for all users".

Hi,

I got the same problem (spirit soft unable to find a valid pdf reader). I tried to desinstall/reinstall Acrobat reader but uselessly. Did you find out a solution?

igloo: Could you check your Documents directory if the logs are present there, please?
Most probably there is missing some association between PDF and reader so the software can't open the file.

Yes, the log are actually present, no pb on this side. Association with a pdf reader is set as well (picture hereunder)

I have removed the Acrobat reader, then install a new one : not better
