good afternoon. I have a spirit for about two weeks and and have a questions: 1- in normal initialization the three servos jump together and symmetrically(normal ), but "sometimes" the two front servos jump up and the back servo jumps down. 2- when I push the rescue button(except upsidedown) , the swash plate never wants to put my heli at horizontal , "sometimes" wants to put my heli at 45 degrees or 30 degrees. but if I push the button when my heli is upsidedown, the rescue mode put my heli horizontally. I tried initialization with my heli at 30 degrees in the ground to compensate , but the rescue still trying to put my heli at 45 degrees or other angulation but never horizontally. 3-when I push the aileron or elevator the three servos tilts and after a second the servos return to their position(normal behavior) , but #sometimes" the swashplate keep inclinate . this hapens in the bench . By considering these strange behaviors, I'm afraid to fly my heli. I confirm, my pirouette optimization is ok, like a compass. My bec have 10A I tried to put the unit at vertical and horizontal. My servos is ok ,I have others fbl units. Thank you very much.

Hello,
1) this is caused when you have saved log from the previous flight in the unit. So you should check the log and then initialization will be normal again.
2) this is really bad and shouldn't happen. Helicopter should be always initialized without any movement and horizontally. If there is some movement initial calibration will be wrong so it can't work properly then. 3) this will be caused by the same problem as in case of 2),
Do you use some fan on the helicopter/ESC? Can you describe your setup little bit more? What servos, BEC are you using?

good morning sir. thank you for your quickly reply. my setup is: -trex600 performance booster -servos ds615 and 655 -esc Castle Phoenix ice 80hv - bec skyrc 10A - 2S (lipo 2000 - 20C) -motor 750MX I am using futaba 8J and rx R2008SB. Use your sb inverter , and the cabe throtle from esc in the chanel 3 (rx).
I using flybarless systems about two years , and I dont touch my heli in the inicitialization and normaly I wait more five seconds after this. My esc is in the nose of my heli, my bec is in the left side of frame, the rx is in the right side and the spirit is on the tail boom holder.. I do this to prevent interference between my electronics.. The rescue systems have diferent behaviors in ground by hand and in flight?

Thank you very much for the info.
Could you please tell me, if you are using ferrite ring? Some BECs are noisy, so it can affect the behavior too.
Behavior of the rescue is quite same on the ground, but you should not tilt your helicopter too much after initialization or activate it with some inclination. The best to test the rescue is to fly normal flight and immediatelly after the flight activate the rescue and see if the cyclic is in horizontal position.
You can also check vibration level with Frequency Analysis on the model if possible, especially on the Y-axis and with tail blades. But be carefull.
And lastly, you can re-check piro optimization, just to be perfectly sure that the problem is not here.

Vibration level is perfect if it is done with tail blades too.
I recommend to put ferrite ring especially on the output from the BEC. I am not sure how your unit is mounted but it is important to mount it very level in all axes in respect to the main shaft.
In case that you can still see that the cyclic is not returning to the horizontal position in normal flight mode, then it is really bad.

My helicopter is now flying very well. is sweet like chantilly. the rescue mode is working very well, put my heli perfectly horizontally.the servos is no buzzing. I love is unity. thank you ZExx, for his patience and knowledge. God bless you and give you much success.
