I would like to set up my failsafes to activate a bank so that Stabilization mode is activated with the collective pitch at 0 degree's to hopefully reduce crash damage in case of a lost link and the failsafes are activated.
What I am concerned about is if this happens while I am flying inverted. With stabilization mode will the heli remain inverted or will it turn upright like Normal rescue mode?
I would like for if a crash to happen, it to land on the skids so it can take the initial blow of impact and hopefully cause less damage.

Hi
With Stabilisation mode your helicopter will remain in the position which is closer. So it can eventually fall on the head.

Hmm, that is not good. Any way a future update could include upright only stabilization mode for this purpose?

Yes, it is very likely.
