Ok,

just did some testing.

I can not get any issues to happen when saving or opening the logs. I tried different saved changes about 5-10 times and opened the logs 3 times.

However, I still have the same issue when turning the tx off. Fast short servo movements.

Getting there! The save issue is resolved! Now, just to figure out why it goes crazy when the Tx is turned off.

Thanks, could you try test15 FW, please?
Do you remember if any of test firmwares resolved such issue?

Just tested Test 15 and no luck, Heli still goes crazy when link is lost.

I don't recall any fixing the issue with turning the Tx off.

The saving and opening the log work well with version 15 as well. Only issue still is when Tx is powered off.

Good, then the problem is definitively in failsafe code.
Please, try this: http://spirit-system.com/dl/fw/test/spi ... test17.bin

No luck,

No issue with saving or opening logs (Only tested 2ce) but still the same issue when Tx is powered off.

How come this only happens when it is connected to the software?

If not connected to the software the failsafes work perfect. That seems a bit strange.

Yes, this is very weird.
I am curious if this issue could be happened by improper grounding.
That mean notebook power supply ground and helicopter's battery ground.
But if the problem does not occur when software is not running, but interface is connected, then it must be software related.

Hmm,

Just kidding, Now it is having the issue even when not plugged into the computer or never plugged in.

Let me test one of the old tests again to see if it does not do it with them.
