But why the problem it happens only Neighbor at the central point?
initially warms up the engine and they vibrate.
After he goes crazy but only at the center.
I opened them the servos and I understand that the problem is the potentiometer.
does not read the values well only in the position center.
up and down is ok.

Everything is correct, the problem is only in the center. In other positions the servo works normally. But I'm still not ready to fly on servos with such a bug. Judging by the sound and heating, it kills the servo motor.

I use the KST BLS-915 V8 cyclic and BLS-905X V2 on tail with the Spirit GT. I only hear a lot of noise on the OMP M7 when it's moving towards the cyclic end, but this is due to the very tight-fitting ball ends.

from what i've seen this defect It only happens in new servants and 90% of the time they are servants who can working with direct lipo.
But above all all servants with this defect They have a metal case.
but it's not a rule maybe you have problems another person with the same servo he has no problem.
I think it's interference problems or of misread values from the potentiometer.
One thing is for sure:
you can't fly in this mode
IT IS NOT a problem of spirit, the flybarless spirit with this problem he doesn't have no liability but the problem it's just the servo in your case the problem is KST in my case the problem is ALIGN.
don't insist and change the servo and don't risk crashing the helicopter

KST support couldn't help me with anything, they think this is normal behavior (LOL). Their only guess is that these are servos from old series.

In any case, I have already ordered a set of new BLS815 V8.

Thanks to everyone for their comments!

If you will have the old servos without use we could do some testing and find the exact reason for this behavior.

As expected, the new KST BLS815 V8 work great with the same Spirit GT.

Thanks, but I think it will be unnecessary. I'll just use these servos on another model.
