Hello Matthias, further tests have shown the following: my old configuration Radiomaster TX16S radio with EdgeTx and with the old FrSky XSR receiver and S.Port sensors (FrSky MLVSS, SM Unisens-E) works again with the Spirit Pro when I downgrade the Spirit Pro to v3.6.2. Integration and telemetry work, but you have to disconnect the S.Port sensors when working with the LUA script. However, I won't be going down this route with the S.Port any more, as I can't use the new FrSky TW mini receiver with the TX16S anyway, but only with my new FrSky Tandem X20 Pro AW. This means that I will go down the FBUS route, but unfortunately I will also have to remove my two FrSky MLVSS and SM Unisens-E sensors from the helicopter (an older TRex 600). I'm replacing them with FBUS-compatible sensors from FrSky, a FLVS ADV, a Vari ADV and a VFAS100, all of which have already been ordered. I hope that with the Spirit GT everything will work as usual again. The next “construction site” will be my largest helicopter, a TRex 800 Pro DFC, in which I currently have a Spirit 2 installed, I will also convert everything there to FBUS, as I will also install a FrSky TW mini receiver there. I will report further .

Yes I know you have to invest in new sensors but with FBus it will work and when you take then the Spirit GT then it will work flawless I am really shure !

Hi Matthias, as I already reported in the thread “Upgrade to 3.7.1 telemetry lost”, I have now received and installed all the new FBUS sensors. The telemetry with FBUS is indeed much faster than S.Port, as you can clearly see. But unfortunately the firmware 3.7.1 on the Spirit Pro really seems to have a problem with the internal telemetry (GeoLink & Hobbywing Platinum V4) and also with the integration (ETHOS LUA Script). The control via FBUS works perfectly and all external sensor values (VFLS ADV, FAS100 ADV, VARI ADV) are also received by the FrSky X20 Pro radio without any problems. However, no telemetry data is received from the GeoLink or the Hobbywing ESC and the ETHOS LUA script does not receive any data from the Spirit Pro. With firmware 3.6.2 everything works perfectly, except that the FrSky X20 Pro radio constantly reports a “sensor conflict”, apparently some sensor IDs collide here.

It is good that you have tested previous firmware 3.6.2 and therefore ensured that there works all how expected -
That shows that the newest firmware has an problem related with Spirit Pro or maybe others too (but not with Spirit GT) - That's an good starting point for Tomas and team to fix that problem -
I hope tomorrow this problem will be fixed.

Hi Matthias, in the meantime I have replaced the Spirit Pro with a new Spirit GT and switched everything to FBUS, so everything is working perfectly again on my TRex 600CF DFC with my new FrSky Tandem X20 Pro AW radio. Today I decided to replace the Spirit 2 in my TRex 800 Pro DFC also with a Spirit GT and ordered it from Spirit today, the FBUS sensors (ADV) I have also already ordered from FrSky. I like the fact that you no longer need an integration cable with the Spirit GT. By the way, I have installed a GeoLink on both helicopters (1x GeoLink 1 and 1x GeoLink 2). I will try to sell the Spirit Pro and the Spirit 2, both are crash-free and in new condition.

Have you tested the firmware upgrade from Tomas and does ist work ?
I ask because one of my Spirit II will get some FBus connection with additional Integration cable for the Goosky RS4 Venom...

no, I haven't tested the Spirit 2 any more, as I will be selling it together with the Spirit Pro. Unfortunately, I'm a bit handicapped at the moment due to illness (flu) and have to take a break, I have to be healthy again by Christmas .
