So I format the OS and reload the Windows again and try the NB only with Spirit program. The results are the same. All driver are properly loaded.

I tried the compatible mode, disable program DIP settings and nothing works.

Program does not run with connected via USB, via WiFi or as Demo mode. I tried after turning of Bluetooth, no response. The same windows, Spirit version and spirit hardware works flawlessly on my HP notebooks. There seems to be some setting preventing spirit running in the Lenovo. Please help me to fix this problem.

Thank you

Amal

Hello,
I don't think this is really any help, but it should actually work without any problems - do you perhaps have the option of using another computer to test it there - I have an old laptop with Windows 10 home edition and everything works there...

Best regards

to Mattes61,

Yes, it works on two different HP notebooks as I mentioned in my earlier post. Same windows version, 64 Bit.

Hello,

the problem is because of Windows is blocking Spirit Settings to read some of your COM device.
This COM port is assigned to either bluetooth or other device that you can find in Device Manager under COMs & LPTs.
You can temporarily disable this device - very often these devices are of no purpose so turning them off will cause no issue.

If you are unsure, please take a screenshot of your Device Manager. You can open it according this page:

Mr.Tomas,

Thank you very much for the replies. See below a photo of my device manager:

The spirit USB was not plugged in when I took the photo. Spirit USB was assigned to COM4. I'll share another with Spirit USB in.

By the way, if no device is found, program should go to Demo mode right? It does not happen too.

I'll visit the MS link and see how to unlock the ports if it's being blocked.

Regards,

Amal

Thank you! Can you please open COM & LPT section and see what is there?
Very likely COM port 1 - 3 are the issue.

If you will just reassign COM port of the current devices to a higher than of the Spirit USB interface, it will work.
But disabling the problematic COM ports will resolve it permanently.

Mr.Tomas,

I am glad to inform you that I found the issue. Its the program call Intel Active Management Technology program. It shows COM port 3 in device manager and Spirit use COM port4. However, AMT seems to preventing spirit program running. Quick disabling it resolved the problem

I have read that uninstalling AMT could cause some hidden issues. So, I just change the port of AMT to port 18 and everything become fine.
