Zex,
I’m not sure if this is a big deal or not , but this is the same unit on my TB40 I’ve been trying to figure out why it slammed into the ground. As posted on my other thread I’ve been testing to try and find the source of vibrations.
After re-checking some things I wanted to perform a test flight and record vibrations on the logger which I had previously setup and had been using .
After the flight I found no data on the logger , and it showed as if it had never been configured or enabled , ( which it had for several previous flights)
I also noticed in the data logger tab that my units power up counter was sitting at zero as well as the user counter ?
It was at at 68 power ups last I looked .
The reason I’m posting is that I read in the manual that the power up counter was unable to be reset , only the user counter . And it’s my understanding that the power up counter would count up for the life of the unit and never reset .
Being that I still have some concerns with this particular unit acting weird , can you please share your thoughts as to if this abnormality is a concern or just a glitch to not worry about ?

Thanks!

The counter should never reset normally, but there are circumstances that could cause to reset unfortunately. The writing process is happening after powerup - after roughly 500 miliseconds from powerup.
In case that your BEC has bigger capacitor or you have a buffer pack and you will disconnect battery exactly at the moment of writing statistics data, this problem could develop.

It seems this happened to you. For new firmware we will add backup of the stats to the memory so if this will happen, previous data will be loaded.

In any case this is not mark of any failure of the unit and has no relation to Rescue or Stabilisation mode.
