The Swash mixing is done in within the FBL unit NOT the Tx. I am a Spektrum user. The Swash mixing is left untouched which I believe the default is Normal. Unsure of Jeti.
Not sure if this is the source of your problem. Just offering up suggestions.

Please verify that CH1 correspond to servo that is at the left side of the model. CH3 must be at the right side - same as what you can see at the swashplate diagram. If they are swapped you can't reach correct behavior.
After changing the cables you might need to reverse the servos in the Spirit Settings. In the Setup Wizard you are guided how to connect the servos. Maybe the problem started from there.
