First set nx8 throttle curve 0,25,50,75,100 power up spirit unit , than plug in main battery with throttle stick all the way up , beep beep than lower stick all the way down you will hear beeps all done . Make sure throttle hold is off when performing calculations. Make sure blades are off mains and tail

Thanks heaps for the reply. Yes I seem to be doing as suggested but after I lower stick it beeps continuously. Also I may be doing it wrong. I lower the stick as soon as I here 2 beeps but if I leave it until it fully initialises that's when it just keeps beeping.
Ever had this issue?

Have you set Hz in spirit settings to 120hz
Min throttle to 1100
Max throttle to 1140 in gov settings

I didn't even know you had to do that in the set up of the unit, i was using the gov in the hobbywing esc that is attached. Could you point me in the right direction for a vid or something that explains a detailed setup of the unit. Does that mean you set up parameters in the unit as well as the esc for Gov??

In spirit settings open general —
Throttle/gov window set as I explained earlier if it still doesn’t initialize
Lower min setting a bit

The max should be 1940

Copy and paste from the manual....

3. Governor Settings
In the Spirit Settings open the General - Throttle/Governor window and set the following:

Throttle Frequency: 120Hz.
Throttle Range - Min.: 1100 us.
Throttle Range - Max.: 1940 us.
