Hello,
this error can show up at the event of landing. Exactly at this moment strong electrostatic discharge can develop. This will disturb mainly GeoLink, because it is usually mounted right above the source of this discharge.
With some helicopters it is happening basically every flight (also without GeoLink) and you can see corrupted frames from receiver or in rare cases even receiver malfunction for 1-2 seconds. Usually it is enough to increase belt tension.
It is like hitting electronics with 1 - 10kV which is similar to a thunder lightning. In this case electronics can also be destroyed.
Therefore if you think about to electrostatic discharges could this be the problem?
as you can see from this photo the basis of the geolink it's a nice double so i think the problem could be the wire.
as you see the wire walks on the tube and next to the spirit there is a carbon base.
I put heat shrink tubing and electric clamp.
I can try a strip of electrical tape and the wire I touch it on the electrical tape to distance it from electrostatic discharges.
Do you think I can be right?
electrostatic discharges they can be pass by the wire? (the wire that goes from the geolink to the sat2 port)
