I just tested Telemetry Sat 'Count' under very difficult circumstances, between two 3-storey buildings, only about 10 - 15M apart. Here in Melbourne, Australia at about 1500 local my radio counted 12. What is considered a 'safe' number to trust the GPS guidance. Obviously, I am normally flying in a much more open environment, and from Jeti GPS systems consider 12 to be a 'good' number. What does everybody think? Regards, Andy

With GeoLink v1 it is 12. With GeoLink v2 it is 16.

Thanks ZeXx86, I had the Logo 700 maintain a pretty accurate position hold today with 12 satellites counted. The position hold precision was pretty good at probably better than 20cm, although the corrections were a little jerky (choppy). This was on the default GPS settings. Should I slightly reduce the horizontal gain a bit? Andy

Yesterday, in the same very tight spot between the houses, I managed to acquire 16 satellites - very impressed. I have reduced the horizontal gain down to 85% and corrected the compass to 90 degrees - (North). I am keen to see how this improves things with the slightly jerky position hold corrections! Andy

After reducing the horizontal gain to 80%, the helicopter failed to maintain position at all! At 110% it acted in the same way as 90% with jerky corrections. Any suggestions to smooth this position-hold correction, please? This was not in coaxial mode! Maybe needs to be? Andy

It should maintain position even with the lowest settings. I am not sure what is your configuration, so it is hard to guess. In any case you can safely set the lowest correction.
Make sure that Integration menu was closed properly by the Close menu.
