I think here is an wrong explanation in the Problems and Solutions page -

It affects the pirouette consistency value:
Shouldn't that be called aggressive collective pitch... I don't think aggressive cyclic pitch movemenl makes any sense here -

we added additional word because it apply not only for cyclic pitch but also collective pitch changes.
