I have a spirit Pro , old hardware , Version 3.5.0 with geolink 1.3.3

Radio : Futaba T14SG with R7003 SB

Because I only use the altitude limit i progged a switch at Chanel 8 to switch on the function .

when I turn on the function in flight, the heli shoots up even though it's in range ( low limit 5m / high 50 )

I'm assuming everything is installed correctly?

Can someone help me ?

Hello,

this behavior is correct.
After activation the model should go up for around 1.5 seconds.
Then you can continue with flying and Altitude Limit will work in the "background".

Hello Zex,

looks that you not read carefully what the users problems write here.
Why was my previous message deleted

you solved?
I encountered a similar thing with rescue automatic spirit gt.
write step by step how you configured the geolink.
how do you avoid slipping around the tube? (geolink support)
tightening the two screws is not enough

I have this holder, without screws, you use double-sided adhesive tape like the one for the units (or similar) and zip ties.

is good.
did you put the bioadhesive both between geolink and support
and between support and tail tube?
is important between tube and support why the clamps with vibrations they can rotate the geolink support.
Listen I use the geolink and it is ok, only that it can be escaped a detail in the programming.
Think I forgot geometry 6degress and during flight normal the altitude limit is perfect.
each control unit has strengths and weaknesses
If you connect spirit and geolink to the software and lift the model with your hands the altitude in geolink - info is read accurately?
to me even if I move by little is read
This test fails with as many satellites as possible.
This bench test and after you have a way to put logs or telemetry?
me before using it I lifted the model into the air and on the radio I could see how it read the altitude
you attach setting

the specially milled bracket is very tight because it has a clamp. The supplied pad sits between the module and holder.

Data such as altitude are displayed correctly in the software

6° ? The heli flies absolutely OK without geolink.

It's a real shame that there aren't complete instructions

the difference with my problem is that the heli makes a lot more work. So more meters up and down
