I have a hunch, it might be a problem with a throttle channel that isn't quite correctly calibrated - that would mean that after signal recovery the ESC wouldn't unlock, as if there was an error - just calibrate your throttle channel again - I don't know what you are doing now for an ESC, but actually it is usual to set the gas channel to max before plugging in the ESC with the battery and then to set it to minimum after acknowledgment (beeping), then it should actually work, I don't have any other ideas at the moment -
