The problem is that I cannot activate or deactivate the gov. independently of the bank. It simply does not work.
Okay, if you say to activate it already on the ground, i understand that it hasn't been noticed. But what if you're flying and the speed sensor fails? Then the engine completely overspeeds and you have no bank to save it. Then the only option is to switch the engine off. That's not great for a beginner pilot who doesn't know autorotation yet.
It would be better if a V-throttle curve were stored in the background, as is the case with other fbl systems. That way you can still land normally without gov an the engine doesn´t overspeeds.

If RPM sensor will fail then the Spirit unit will automatically deactivate Governor and it will not use the signal anymore. Instead it will still add some precompensations, so it will be still possible to fly.
Turning Off governor when flying with bank switching is not an issue.
