The problem I had was after changing from rescue to RTH, the heli lost loads of height and hit a tree.

Hello,
presently it is not possible to set altitude for RTH, but it will be added. At the moment you can combine Altitude Limit and RTH. For Altitude Limit you can set minimum to for example 40 meters.
