GT cannot connect. The blue LED of the gyro flashes, and the blue and red lights of the USB interface are on. The software cannot connect the gyro, "unit not detected".

Recovery mode: Port: not connected.

Wizard mode: click Connect - Connecting - not found

Gyro software: 3.3.3 PC system: Windows 10

What is the reason? The USB of the replacement PC is also invalid. The gyro has not been installed on the remote control helicopter.



PS: in the same case, there are two GTRs connected and set normally.

Hello,

can you describe what was the last operation before the problem happened for the first time?

Is the status LED smoothly pulsating after connecting power? Or is it only flashing ON and OFF?

For the first time last year, it was not installed on the remote control helicopter, and the Jeti receiver and steering gear were inserted. The gyro seemed to flash blue all the time, but also failed in recovery and wizard mode. I consulted Chinese agents and got the suggestion that I should study carefully and try more. I put it aside because of my busy work.



I've been idle recently. I wanted to try again the night before yesterday, but the software said "not found". Because I still have three GTRs, I know that this flicker must be lit after initialization before it is normal.



If you say that the steady pulsation is the flicker of the velocity relative to the block. Switch flashing is a fairly slow flashing. I think it's a slow flicker.

Hello,

if unit is pulsating, then you can try to fix the problem by using Recovery mode.
Please start the software, select Recovery mode. It is very importnat to select correct COM port in the Connection tab - Device list.
Then go to Update tab and power up the unit. Then click at the Flash button. Then flashing should start immediately.
Is flashing working?

Reference connection I try again.

All the previous operations were carried out smoothly according to the guide. However, after pressing the software upgrade button and downloading the latest firmware, the gyro software displays "no response" and there is no response. (the blue light on the top still pulsates and does not flash rapidly)

I waited for half an hour, but the software didn't respond. Now I forcibly shut down the software (it turns gray)

The top has no change except the blue pulse at the top.
