Hi,
I own several Spirit units and at one point, I had Wifi adapters connected to all of them. Over the years, I have had all sorts of problems with keeping the unit connected during setup and tuning. It seems to happen with all of my heli's. The wifi in my home is robust and should not be the source of the problem. In fact, just yesterday, I was setting up a new heli and the laptop and heli were with within 3M of the router. I always use the Spirit Settings app to connect to the wifi adapter and not the web interface. So I've started pulling the wifi adapters from my heli's as using them has become such a headache. But before completely giving up on them, I thought I would reach out to the community to see if I'm the only one having issues with these devices and to see if anyone has any suggestions for making them work better.
Thanks,
John

Hi John,
placement of the module at model can play a role too. If you are using a telemetry receivers, then they can interfere noticeably.
It should be perfectly stable all the time. Also it depends if the Wifi-Links you are using are old but you are trying to connect them with Spirit 2 and newer units. If so, then Wifi-Links require all hardware modification.
