Hi, due to my fault I crashed my heli (T.Rex500E Spirit Pro v.3.2.1 GeoLink v.1.2.1). The GeoLink was ripped away from the boom and the case damaged.
Visually inspecting the GeoLink electronics made me hope nothing broke so I bought new case and reconnected everything.
At power up Geolink led blinks for a second then stops. Connected Spirit to PC shows GeoLink is connected, with non-sense inclination (unit is perfectly level), see attached pics.
I even successfully performed a compass calibration but still apparently the unit doesn't look for GNSS satellites: no blue led and no satellites after several long-time attempts.
Is there a way to do a complete reset (the only one I see is in the Spirit Unit tabs)? Is there anything else I could try?

Hello,

I am afraid but it will be needed to fix the module. Seems like sensor was damaged in some way but also GPS/GNSS chip. It is hard to say what is wrong, but it is possible it can be fixed easily.

Are you able to send the module to us?

Yes I will send it to you. Is the address
Spirit System - Tomas Jedrzejek (sorry no special characters in the keyboard...)
K Olsine 28, 73514 Orlova Lutyne
Czech Republic
Correct? Any advice about the shipment method?
Thanks for the quick answer.

Thank you very much. Address is correct.

You can ship with any method. It is enough to ship GeoLink module in a bubble wrapped letter - preferably in some paper box.
