Hello,

please check this page:
http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... _Telemetry

Then do not forget to add additional cable for powering the receiver. For example between CH1 port (RX) and AUX2 (Spirit) port.

Hi, tried connecting normal servo wire from 8sb(rx) to aux (unit) also ch1 ( rx) to aux (unit) still no good. Im running 3.4.1 firmware on unit. Does that matter at all? Also I have external bec that I plugged into rx, would that interfere?

Hello,

first it is needed to make Futaba telemetry to work.
So that you will see at least telemetry values from Spirit - vibrations/RPM.
Is this the case?

Then you can continue with ESC Telemetry. Please note ESC must be updated to the latest firmware (but not for VBAR).

I'm lost. Cause I followed everything for futaba telemetry setup as per spirit instructions. But when I connect the uni wires (red in ele/ail/pit) brown and yellow in rud port of unit it doesnt even move my servos. Its only when I change the yellow with red that I can get movent of servos, but still no telemetry.

Hello,

Telem UNI wire shouldn't be connected at the ELE/PIT/AIL.
It should be connected at the SAT port.

You are doing two different things:
1. Futaba Telemetry
2. HobbyWing ESC telemetry

First from all Futaba telemetry must work. For this you do not need ESC or Telem UNI.
I recommend to make it work first. Then HobbyWing telemetry will be easy.

Ok. How do I make futaba telemetry work? Do I need sensors bought separatly? Or do I follow instruction on spirit system website that says (To make futaba telemetry work, you need frysky integration cable........) Cause thats what I did and when I plugged the integration cable in after modification instructed from spirit guide for futaba, I got no telemetry and no movement from servo.

Just check that info Tomas, Step 3, Wiring has the split cable going into the last two ports??

And is the Align ESC actually supported?!

You need to just proceed according Futaba Telemetry guide. Nothing more is needed. For now please forget about your ESC. Without Futaba Telemetry working, the rest is meaningless.

Yes, you absolutely need FrSky integration cable with a small modification as described in the Futaba Telemetry guide.
