Sorry to muscle in on your post, I don't think the length of your servo horns is the problem. If you have just changed the rotor head to the 'DFC' version, you will have to use the correct (DFC) main shaft. If not, the reduced head height will give the impression of horns / swash links too long .

The head came with a shaft, but it was loose and I didn't trust it.
So, I bought a genuine Align DFC shaft, this is what is in use.
Of course, the pushrods for ailerone and pitch were not right for the shorter shaft, so I made up what was required.
Do you have any suggestion what the length should be?
