Hi everyone
I changed the radio on my Oxy3 Te, before I had a dx8gen2 now an ix12 Spektrum. My configuration is as follows Motor OXY3 EOX 2214-4100KV V2, Esc Hobbywing platinum 60a v4 ,Spirit Pro last firm(3.1), spm4649t, 285 main blades, and 10 t Pinion. In practice, also having 3,400 Max rpms as shown in the photo and having 3 flat curves in the radio: 50-80-80-80-80 Idle1 90-90-90-90-90 Idle2 90-90-90-90-90
The heli also reaches 4,200 rpm, I did both the test in the control unit and with the telemetry on the radio. What's wrong? Do I need to recalibrate the throttle?
Thanks Pino

I add one thing, that this problem start since I changed the radio,(from dx8 gen2 from Ix12) but I'm not sure, because at the same time I also updated the Spirit from 2.6 to 3.1. Now in my esc settings I have set option 2 (Helicopter Linear throttle) but on Helifreak someone says that option 1 must be used in the esc of the Hw, Fixed wing, when using the Governor of the Spirit.

Did you recalibrate your end points in the esc itself after switching radios? You shouldn’t have to in theory but it’s worth a shot.

hello I recalibrated the end points, before enabling the governor on a linear curve on the radio but I have not solved the problem. Thanks for your help. I opened another post because I have better described the problem.

Hello,
if you only changed radio and nothing else, then the only problem could be in the radio.
If you will set it perfectly identically as your old radio, it will work in the same way. This mean that something is different in your current settings.
No changes in Spirit unit are needed.
