Hi everyone, first post and looking for some help please. I'm playing with my first ever Spirit unit, a Spirit2, and have a question regarding setup of input channels.
I also happen to be using an OpenTX radio with an Frsky RX4R receiver, which is also a first.
So my question is regarding pitch direction. I have to reverse pitch direction in the radio in order to match proper direction on the diagnotic panel, which is fine, but by reversing the pitch channel in my radio the channel monitor on the the radio display has pitch going one way and throttle going the other. This is not an issue unless it would somehow affect the pitch curve but I just don't like that when looking at the channel monitor, throtthle and pitch aren't going in the same direction.
That being said, it seems that if I want to unreverse the pitch channel in the radio, I can still get the swash to move in the correct direction by reversing the collective direction on the Servo Operation Setting page.
So two questions, is this ok? And if not, is there a way to fix the channel monitor on an opentx radio so I don't have pitch and throttle going in oppposite directions?
Thanks!
