What should I adjust to make the cyclic stops harder and more crisp? After a flip or roll the heli tends to drift and overshoot.

What model is this on?

What's your cyclic gain set to?

One thing the manual seems to leave out is that it's important to have your governor set up decently before messing with cyclic gain. If your headspeed isn't staying consistent cyclic will never hold properly. Also your blade choice has more do with the crispness of cyclic stops than anything else.

Synergy 516 running Rail 556 blades at 1950 rpm. I run a Kontronik Kolibri 90 ESC and governor. Cyclic gain is at 80. Ive tried it all the way to 100 with no Improvement on stops. Motor is a Scorpion 4020-1080 with the smallest pinion.

Hello,

if there is overshoot you have to increase Elevator Filter to 3-4.
To make it more agressive you have to increase Cyclic Feed Forward. Higher values will cause higher demand for the servos, with lower values control will be smoother.
I do not recommend Cyclic Gain over 80%. With higher gains you will observe more the behavior you dont like. So likely cyclic gain around 50 - 70% can work well for you.

If I have cyclic gain controlled by a channel, does the cyclic gain setting in the software do anything?
