Yes, sadly there is no global "override" in the FBL to do the rescue in every bank, only one stabi function per bank.
I do however disagree with Frank on putting banks and flight modes on one switch especially as you are getting familiar with this.
My method above encapsulate the curves and other settings making it easy to set up and tune and still get all the features. I think we sometimes over complicate things just because we can.
As far as the use of logic switches, yes you can do that in Jeti fairly easily but here is the thing: you will have to use a two/three position switch to drive the stabilization input (ch8) ,unless you want it on all the time, then use the temporary switch to override the bank switch and the stabilization switch ,just to be to certain and ensure the rescue function is active....
Hell, I hope I am not over thinking this
Hi, yes I'm beginning to wonder if I'm over-complicating this, so going back to basics:
1. If I want Rescue to operate across all (3) flight modes, just pick 'Rescue' as a Stabi option and forget the other 2 banks? It doesn't seem easy to do what I'm suggesting, i.e have rescue available on 1 button while being able to switch between 2 other banks.
2. I read Frank's point about FMs and Banks as 'don't confuse the two' rather than not using a common 3-way switch (?). In my mind (it's taken a while!) I'm clear now about the difference between the two but the concept of one 3-pos switch to do many things seems ok to me. It's just that Rescue button now!
Again, thanks for all ideas and help - all much appreciated and food for thought.
On the eve of Tomas launching v3.1 this might go on the back-burner for a few days - I'm a sucker for upgrades so I'll be getting stuck-in as soon as it becomes available!
Cheers, Andy
