I know the unit has to be in perfect alignment to the Helis Frame / Main shaft on all Axes. I plan to put it on a 3D printet mount where normally the Battery is located on a Trex 500.
So is there any tolerance in the angle or has it to be dead Spot to the Main shaft in all axes?
Thanks

1° tollerance is usually fine. It will fly even if mounted 10° off, but of course it is not good for performance.
