Hi Kevin Thanks for sharing your experience

There is a problem with the ball ends you have to be careful with reaming, because it is true that you remove the friction, but if you are not careful after becoming loose, then dangerous. Finding the middle ground is the right compromise.

For the mechanical and software set of the plate, I think it's all in order, endpoint etc etc
The only unusual thing about this oxy3, I got shims/spacer for the blades, and I used them all 4. they came out with the Zeal 285 mm. I think because the rotor hands are slightly wider. I don't know if you can confirm this.
Thanks

Pino

Ok
ok i agree, now i have the inverted plate set in the soft of unit, but i only had to reverse the aileron, in the radio, to get the correct movements.

You only use Reverse in the Radio to get correct movement in Diagnostic Tab. After that you Reverse the servo in the Servo Tab.

That constant buzzing noise is 100% normal for most digital servos and has nothing to do with the FBL they are hooked up to.

As far as I know only brushless servos don't buzz audibly (though there are a few that do) and maybe some newer full size coreless are a bit more quiet too.

I've been spoiled having brushless servos on all my helis as they are dead silent on the bench.

Hi Logo x2 I did it this way at the end, but now the aileron channel is inverted on the radio, and from the diagnostics tab "obviously" is inverted. now the movements are correct

This is wrong, channels in the Diagnostic tab have to move always in the right direction. Otherwise flight performance and functionality will be degraded.

Hi Tomas I ask you again your patience I don't come out of this situation. Practically on oxy3 choosing the reversed 120 plate, I have to invert a radio channel, (aileron)to have the correct movement of the aileron.ma every time I reverse a whatever channel on the radio, even in the diagnostic tab I find that the green slider in the unit diagnostic tab works the other way around. when I push the aileron stick movements to the right the slider goes to the left and vice versa. when I invert a channel in the radio the sliders in the Dtab work the other way around. How can I solve something else only ch2 has the exact match, then I have to merge ch1-to ch3-and ch3-to ch1.
if I connect the servo output ch3 in the plate diagram, with the input 3 of the unit, and of course ch1 output servo diagram with input unit ch1, the plate is all wrong, even with the reverse there is nothing to do.

Sorry Tomas

Finally I solved !!!! in practice on the radio in my case I don't have to invert anything, but only to invert from the unit the ch1 and the ch3.now also in the diagnostic tab the movements are correct and consistent with those of the sticks. Thanks the same.

I am Happy

Thanks Again!!!

You are welcome.

Yes, the servos should be connected according the Swashplate diagram. But when it was inverted servos were connected differently too.

Anyway the most todays servos should not make almost any noise if there is no load.
