Hello,
this is my first spirit and i try to use it in a Raptor E550 stretched with 600er Tail. Hobbywing 120A V4 connected to Spirit for Gov and Telemtry Radio is a Taranis X9E. Fly with 1550 RPM Spirit is the Pro version with lates FW. Also installed is a Align DFC FBL Head.
I want to fly in position mode all the time. (I want to get the same feeling like the old HC 3A in Horizont mode)
All Setting before first flight are done and looks OK. And i set all setting¶meter to the recommend values. The first flight began Ok but after ~1 Minute the Heli shakes. The vibration (fuel) shows 90%. I can land the helicopter save but much longer and he was history.
First i check for static discharge and loose Parts. I can t found anything.
I start a second flight now with gyro settings 45. The heli start with shaking after some heavier cycle inputs. I reduce the gyro settings via taranis to 35. Now the flight was more stable but the helicopter was nervous on input. On this day it was windy ~15-20 km/h.
My questions are: 1. Why i must reduce the gyro setting so low? 2. Why the fbl is so agressive on input? 3. Can i initialyze the fbl in position mode and fly all the time? 4. any suggestions for better seetings. Flight style is beginner with no 3D
Regards Andreas

Hello,
probably you missed other important settings. For example Geometry 6° which is probably configured incorrectly.
You can start with a stabilisation mode.

the new flights are sucessfully. just only fine adjustment needed.
But sorry for the hard opinion: The hardware is very good, the software is good, the shop and shipment is good but the Forum here is the worsest part in this chain.
No or late response are not helpful. Here you can make some good improvements.
Regards Andreas

Write your contributions to the English part, not to the Czech one. The answers will be faster.

I am afraid but the question was put in a wrong forum subsection. This section is used only for sharing configurations with other pilots.
