Hello,

I have Trex 450 FBL, with Spirit module, GeoLink and using Turnigy 9x TX and Turnigy PWM 8ch receiver.

My heli setup is done and heli is flying fine.

Recently I have purchased PWM to SBUS converter like this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/PWM-to-PPM-SBU ... SwrklVN3Ww

My question is - when I connect my new PWM to SBUS converter (I obviously need to re-wire my heli), do I need to perform Spirit settings, swash levelling mechanics and all that stuff all over again?

Or setting up the PWM to SBUS conversion does not change any of Sprit settings made so far?

Thanks,
Denis

hi.

I just have done it, with a Futaba system. from normal PWM to S-BUS. should be the same in your transmitter.
just to be in the save side, I done the initial servo setup again, so swash levelling on Subtrim, 0 on the servos and head, also re-setup the limits, check the servo reverse just in case and the Channels.

for the rest, geolink settings stabi and all the rest I will say they are the same. 10 minutes job. :)

make sure the input channels are working in the correct direction.

good luck
