I have the HW 120 v4 Esc configured to fixed wing. When I engage the TH it takes 10-12 seconds until the blades begin to rotate. Any suggestions?

If you have calibrated your endpoints (throttle range) correct and the problem still remains i would suggest that you increase the "spoolup rampup".
Please see the attached quote from the manual: "Fine-Tuning – Spoolup Rampup Value that will be added at the beginning of motor spoolup – when Hold is turned off. If the spoolup is not smooth, i.e. motor will start with a kick, the value is too high. If the spoolup has a delay, the value is too low. Default value of 50 μs should work fine in the most cases."

There are two possibilities: 1. You have enabled two Governor - one in the ESC and second in the Spirit unit. 2. Throttle Range is not calibrated with Spirit unit. When calibrating Governor in the unit must be disabled. 3. Throttle Range in the Spirit unit is not at default values.
