I have a channel assigned to the stabi function and another to the gyro gain, but rescue doesn’t work if the gyro gain channel isn’t negative.
Rescue should work when the assigned stabi channel is on regardless of gyro channel setting or gyro mode.

This is done by intention and works as designed, you can check in the manual. However, I needed to mess around with my transmitter to get it to work properly because negative gains are not supported on all transmitters out of the box.
