du you mean if the swashplate is compasating when I tilt the heli , just tested it and its not moving , the swash remains level

Oh, that is very sad.
I don't know how this could happen since each unit is tested prior the shipping. But we can send you new replacement unit today so that it will arrive tomorrow.
Please let us know your address.
The only possibilities that could damage sensor is Ultrasound, very big impact at a hard surface or less likely X-ray scanning.
We are sorry for the troubles. If you can send the unit later to us, we can find what happened.

I can send a replacement later today, and ship the old one back to you. So ragge does not need to work with the customs issues with a replacement.
