I state that the connections to the receiver are perfect, and I can bind Radio and receiver SPM4649, I do not have the Jeti cable but I built one myself.
My current configuration is micro spirit,2.4.3 version, hobbywing 40 amp Platinium v ​​4.0, and the latter still have to connect in telemetry. From the radio when I bind, it is done in telemetry mode, and I made sure I entered the Telemetry Text gen section and esc. I am also assured of having a linear curve of gas, but the same I can not enter the menu from pic attached

it was the radio frame rate, you have to set it to 11 ms and not to 22

I recently changed my DX8 from 22 to 11 ms, and noticed a big improvement in the smoothness of my servos.
