ok

I make bec tester in your unit, and with bec to set 5v or 6 v, the unit and satellite, remains on, also led satellite is still on...nothing is restarted, but from the log I immediately find two warnings, one after the other: receveir signal lost and power voltage is low, but the radio remains to bind with satellite and the unit works perfectly. So there are some conclusions now?in the attachment you can see immediately after the bec tester in your unit. Thanks

Thanks

I did other tests, I removed plug of the servos one at a time, when I did the test bec in your unit, and even with only one servo connected, I repeat on 4 servos I left only one connected, and from the log I find the warning: Power low voltage.a this point what you advise me? I will take the hobbywing esc 25A that you have advised me, I have no problem buying it, and at this point I build everything on a new helicopter, and I'm undecided which to take if a goblin fireball or an oxy 3.

then I ask you advice could you when you have time suggest a combination setup tested between servo and esc , with microspirit, which are good either on the goblinn fireball, or on oxy 3?

Thanks

I bought the new spektrum 4649t receiver, and the regulator you advised me, and also the box for its programming. I followed your advice to the letter, if it's not okay I'll try to change servos, if not even with also the change servo,(now i have savox sh0257mg/sh0264 tail) I leave Spirit forever. I'm confident
Sorry for all

Pino

Pino,
as you already know, I have three Blade 300cfx in operation (3 different blade length) with a Spektrum 4649T receiver, a Hobbywing Platinum 25A v4 ESC and a regular red Spirit system. The motors are all from Scorpion.

All of those helis work fine with this equipment. My servos are the original Eflite DS76 on two birds and one runs on Spektrum H3050/60. I have a 450 trainer with Emax ES09MD servos and another one with KST DS215MG with a fuselage. You really picked the wrong ones for your application.

Good luck! ;)

Ok you have a nice fleet, but you have all the microspirit on all of you have the same regulator, hobbywing 25a platinium? None of your heli, has problems of absorption in the logs, with the microspirit? I can not make me capable like the savox sh0255 brushed motor, absorb so much,(maybe it is also the regulator of castle talon 25 amp that does not go well) I bought the controller of hobbywing platinium esc me too, I hope to solve, if its ok , I will use the same esc also on other heli I want to build, goblin fireball and oxy 3.

Thanks Pino

Up to now all 300cfx have the standard red Spirit installed, but I'm in the process of changing on one of them to a µSpirit without any trouble so far.

And yes, all three get the power out of the Hobbywing ESC for the Spirit FBL and the 4649T is powered through the RUDD port of the Spirit unit.

And as Tomas described, if you adjust more than 60Hz frequenzy to the Savöx servos, they cause even more trouble. On Blade 300cfx with the standard FBL system AR7200BX these servos cause also problems, if one puts more the 60Hz on them.

To connect the 4649T you use the Y-harness that comes with it.
The female plug of the Y is for the bind plug.
http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.php?title=Spektrum_Integration
The male plug goes to RUDD port, but remove the blue wire (Signal) first. The blue wire goes to the Aile-pin of the E/P/A port of the Spirit FBL. Since the rpm sensor of the Hobbywing ESC (plug with the yellow wire) goes to the PIT-pin of this port as signal for governor, you can install the blue wire into this plug and you are done.

ok then as soon as I get everything I update you, if I have problems with plug write again on the forum, for the servos savox I was wrong to take the new ones, but I was almost forced to the measures.now I would take other servos and keep them aside, x a next build. my trex 250 is like an electronic setup school, not mechanical, it's old for that, I'm about to change, but for now I still want to exploit it because it's all new, servos, motor, mechanic etc etc,my 250... then I also have a 500 trex new....with spirit pro, is still now , but I want to understand the spirit first on the 250.

THanks

Pino

Hello to all, I solved the problem of warnings in the log of the spirit about the low power and also signal lost, Thomas was right, was the regulator (talon 25 amp) inadequate, coupled with the servo savox 0255mg with old motor inside brushed. while i wait for my new regulator,(hobywing 40 amp v.4) next week, I temporarily installed an old esc align 60 amp with internal bec from 3 amps 6 volts, and magically when I test the BEC TESTER in the control unit, the warnings appear at the Low power, I do not find it anymore. So at this point it was the regulator. Now I only have an impression, but I have to understand why, although I have configured this regulator, well, (throttle calibration soft start and etc etc)I have the impression that the engine already at the tour is very strong, despite this engine can not pull more than 25 amps x 5 sec from the regulator, and despite having a simple linear curve of the gas in radio.this I did not understand why x now,but I have solved.

Hello to all, I have some news I reassembled my esc Talon 25 amp with internal bec, continuous 3amp and a peak of 8 amps,5.5 volt, and the bec tester in the unit this time is fine (all green messages). So the problem was the ubec of the hobbywing that I had mounted together with the Talon 25 amp that had 3 continuous amp and a maximum peak of only 5 amps. So I summarized that to make the microspirit work safely on heli class 250 just a 25 amp esc, even on servos a little old as technology, that is, brushed.

For the satellite, this time I will use spm 4649, so I am sure that I will have problems of loss signal tx / rx, as was done with 3 receivers, 2 fake satellites, and one original, spm 4648 autobind.thanks to all.if there are others I will write again. for now everything is fine.

Thank you very much for detailed report!

We are very glad that you have found reason for your troubles and it is good now.
