Hello,
I just finished my set up of my Spirit 2 on my Trex700L V2. What I noticed after the set up was that the swashplate compensation was wrong. When I lifted the heli forwards, backwards, left and right for control, I noticed it. Checked all my settings, all ok. My unit is on the left side of my frame with cables to the front.
So it is set to 'Vertical 180° - Left Side'.
What I did to correct this is reverse the swashplate from 'CCPM 120 °' to 'CCPM 120 ° (reversed)' and reversed aileron and elevator in my TX (T14SG Futaba). After that the compensation was ok. All movements are fine.
Can someone confirm if this ok. All movements look ok, but I need some confirmation prior to first flight.
Please inform.
Thnx.

Hello,
if you are unsure, you can save the plots. I can tell you what is likely source of the vibrations and what could be wrong.
It is better when unit is holding hard without any movement.
Compensation directions are all programmed in the unit.
If your model was bought from some person (including unit) I guess that it was never really flying. So re-doing complete setup from scratch could be better.
The swashplate should tilt when you tilt the model so that it is trying to keep level with a horizon.
