Hi,
Can you please advise/point me in the right direction. Windows 10 is not picking up my UART device at all, tried a second one as well and nothing. Tried manually installing the STLabs driver and again nothing. Im running win 10 1709, latest spirit software and also tried drivers from stlabs, their universal driver for the UART device. Also is there a guide I can use to connect an MSH crius BT module to my spirit?
Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
please try to disable Bluetooth if it is notebook. In some cases it has virtual COM port that is blocking the software. Alternatively you can remove device that is creating COM port of Bluetooth from Device Manager. This could help.
Do you see COM of the Silabs device in Coms & LPTs (Device Manager)?
I can't help you with BT module from Brain, but you have to set Baud Rate at 57600 which is very likely different.

Sorted!!! It was the Bluetooth. Will continue with setup tomorrow if I get time. For the Bluetooth module could you please advise what needs to be done. Also is there anyway I can have bank switching and rescue on the std spirit using a traditional hitec optima 9 rx with aurora 9?

Hi,
that is great! You can go to the Device Explorer and look for COM & LPT ports. There you can very likely find a device which is bluetooth. You can just disable this device (by right click - Disable) and all should work. I can give you more precise info if you will need.
Regarding Bank Switching - yes, it can work also with your radio. You can just unassign Gyro Gain in the General/Channels and assign Bank Switching with channel that was used for Gyro Gain.
