I'm just coming to the end of setting up a Spirit Pro and am now trying to set up the 6 degrees pitch to fall with in the quoted range in the software of between 90 and 160.

The very best I can do is get a value of 75.

The helicopter is a JR Vibe SGE12 90 sized electric and uses specific JR Alloy servo arms where there is no way of adjusting anything to try to improve this..
There are no additional holes to move the servo ball to.

Is this value going to cause a problem?

With value of 75 all will be good.
You can leave it there.
