Hello Tomas,
I was wondering if you had a chance to look at the vibe analysis files I emailed you back in the last week of July?
Regards, Kevin

Hello Kevin,
I am very sorry. Unfortunately the files can't be opened. It require authentification. Can you attach them here, please? Or send directly plots to my email.

The following text is copied and pasted from original email I sent you. Note: it seems only 3 attachment files can be sent per post so I have Idle Up 1 on this reply, so next two replies will contain Idle Up 2 (FM) and Normal (FM).
Hello Tomas,
As per your request I am sending you nine (9) .png files with three different tests in three different flight modes (Normal, IU1, & IU2). You will note the 001, 002, 003 at the end of each file for each flight mode. All tests were done in the Y- Axis (Aileron) with tail blades attached. Test was carried out on a TV tray with a folded bath towel to simulate a rug or grass like surface. Prior to the test I installed a new tail rotor assembly and new blades, as when I did a prior test, but on a harder surface the vibes were very high, around 160+. The only thing I did not replace in the tail section was the tail shaft and tail box bearings, which if you think is necessary I can do as I have the required parts to do so.
The heli as I mentioned before is an OXY 3 - 285 stretch with a EOX 4100 Kv motor, 10T main pinion, 140T main gear, 15T tail gear with Pulse 1550 mAh 4S 35C battery.
Throttle curve is as follows. Normal - 0 20 50 50 50 IU 1 - 75 73 71 73 75 IU 2 - 100 100 100 100 100
I hope this information is helpful in determining what if any mechanical issues my OXY may have. Hope to hear from you soon with your analysis of the provided data and information.
Thank you, Kevin

Thank you for the details!
Well, it definitively looks like something unbalanced on the rudder.
Actually it could be both tail shaft (the most likely) and/or bearings that are holding tail shaft. These are the most common issues (especially after crash). So I would start with the shaft. Bearings can be both verified easily by inserting a shaft inside (only one bearing) and then by rotating with the shaft while radially pushing. It should be absolutely smooth with no crunching.
Tail shaft is rather damaged in nearly each crash where tail hitted ground in some way.
