First set the left limit so that you will move to the moment where tail motor will be spinning and then decrease the value until the motor will stop completely (and then add maybe 3 points more to be perfectly sure it can't spin up with this value). Then set the right limit until you will hear that the motor can't spin faster (so there is no difference between changed values). And then it should be perfect.

Tomas, I cant get that to work as soon as I move the left slider the tail motor starts and wont stop until I move the right slider. Also it still turns on with rudder stick in Hold.

If you have did a setup of normal helicopter with spirit where tail is driven by servo, you can imagine that the motor is servo too. But in one position the motor is fully open and in other one fully closed. And these two points should be configured by the end-points - very similarly as for the servo.
When you are in the Rudder End-point configuration you can't change anything with a sticks so it is normal.

It should react to the movement of the rudder in one direction. When you will move with it, it should increase the RPM. But make sure that your Gyro Gain is high enough - I recommend value around 40-50%

This is good value. Also rudder frequency should not exceed 65Hz.
