Hi, I apologize for my bad English. I have a problem: I have a t-rex 450 pro v2 flybarless and I installed the Spirit Pro system. The helicopter flights ok, but it often shows a little vibration (2 cm) on the pitch axis. I made another time the mechanical calibration and I tried to change the Cycling gain, the rudder gain......, without any improvement. what should I do?

Hi,
if you can see oscillations on the elevator axis, it is very often caused by some imbalance in the rotor head or low head speed. So first from all I recommend to check, if for example main shaft is really stright.
You can also check if main blades are not too tight.
How did you set Advanced/Elevator Filter value? Cyclic Gain should be normally between 50 - 60%.
Do you see this oscillations during hovering? (Without stick input)?

thank you very much! I try with another helicpoter (trex 50 dcf pro 2) and work very well. On the first helicopter I have a big ibration on 180 Hz. I hae to inestigate the problem (graph without blade) thanks

Great!
From the plot it is visible, that the problem is in the rudder mechanics (including torque tube) - everything that rotate at this speed. It looks like a bent tail shaft or torque tube. If you will unmount tail blade holders and the spike will be still of same height, it is torque tube. If it will decrease, it is very probably bent tail shaft.
I can also see that there is slightly faulty bearing - few small spikes (probably in the torque tube or tail shaft).

Hi, tanks for the old request. In another model, a 450L, I have a problem with vibration. the graph in x direction is attached. It is a spike at 170 Hz; what is the problem? It possible to have a table with correlation frequence-reason of vibration? Thanks best regards

Multiply the Hz by 60 and you have the RPMs of the vibrating part: what turns at 10200 RPMs in your heli?

Hi,
the highest spike is comming from the rudder. The last spike at around 500Hz is from the motor or its pinion. You can verify if the tail shaft is not bent in any way. If so, it will be barely visible so you will need at least a glass for checking.

Thanks. I try without tail and I change the pinion and the main gear, but this is the graphic

It looks like the biggest problem is main gear. Can you try to move the motor little bit further so there is little bigger gap between pinion and main gear?
