So I was trying To up date unit to 2.0 both in the software and firmware.I made some mistakes along the way.So by reading posts in the forum I managed to get software back to1.3.2 version. Then I flashed spirit-fw-1.3.2man.it downloaded, and then it said to turn unit off first, and then turn it on again and launch software.Well I turned unit off and I tried to power up unit and the led did no light up.I also realized I flashed the wrong firmware which should of been:spirit-fw-1.3.2.4df.What can I do to get my unit to work again?Thanks-Chris

Please try it again, or with a different computer if you can. And also make sure that installed driver is really correct, which is usually reason why normal flashing can fail.
The USB cable must be connected to the SYS port usually.

Thanks for responding. So far I uninstalled all firmware and software relating to the Spirit Fbl unit. How do I recognize the old driver in my computer for the Spirit Fbl unit so that I can get rid of it and install the updated driver as I don't have another computer to work with?Thanks-Chris Blom

Didn't try, but most probably you can connect the Spirit USB adapter to the computer, go in Control Panel, Device Manager, and find it there. There should be options to uninstall the driver.

Use 2.0.1 directly.

I will send you a special guide that will solve the problem. It looks like the original firmware was rewritten including bootloader. But still it can be fixed.
Please check ny private message.
