UPDATE:::
I ended up moving this to another heli and will just use the ESC governor. Thanks for all the help.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Adrian was helping me on a different thread and this is where I ended up. I started a new thread since this issue is different then the other. The Governor Performance has improved quite a bit since doing the things He had suggested. I still have the RPM sensor data is dirty in my logs

I moved the power for the HW phase sensor off of the AR7700 to the Satalite port of the spirit
I purchased a Capacitor to help filter noise from the servos with a Y connector

Current setup
Oxy 3 4s Standard 10T at 3700 RPM, also tried 3500
Standard Spirit
Yep 40, Heli Gov off, freewheeling off
EOX2214
Hobby wing Phase sensor, powered from satellite port
Spektrum H3050s on cyclic
Spektrum H3060 on Tail
Spirit Bluetooth(disconnected for flight)
Spektrum Ar7700, Spektrum DSMX satellite running off that
Racers Edge Glitch Buster Power Capacitor RCE2474 installed with Y connector on Tail servo Channel 4
RPM sensor filter set to 8

I'm so close to getting this thing perfect. I'm also running out of room to add stuff on this 300 size :)

here is my last log with the above setup. I was doing pitch pumps and pirouettes in my back yard.

Hello,

what you can try is to power the sensor from the BEC directly.
We have experienced that in some cases the voltage of 3.3V is on the edge for this sensor.

Alternatively you can try to move the hobbywing sensor as far as possible from the ESC.
Are you getting these messages even on the ground when you trying it without blades?

No im not getting the message on the ground. Only when flying it.

Edit:

The sensor is all the way back by the spirit by the tailboom holder.

I will try moving the sensor over to a y connector on the spirit.

What governor settings are configured in the unit?
Maybe the values are too low/high that is reason for RPM fluctuations.

I moved the sensor to a Y-connector on the spirit and also tried lowering the max RPM to 3700.
No change

Please try to decrease Holding performance to e.g. 2 and try it again.
RPM may not hold probably too well, but it is worth a try.

Bringing it down to two didn't make a difference

I have my ferrite ring on the ESC cable close to the esc. Should I put one on the end of the signal wire also?

I'm kind of running out of options....we tried different thinks on electrical side to filter noise with no success. So should focus on noise source.
You reported only in flight and not on ground with no blades, so it's related to load.

- Belt, can this cause some electrical discharge (electrostatic) under load? Have you try different tensions?

To find the source, only one after an other item should be looked at:
- Phase Sensor, have you tried a different one?
- Motor, maybe some Winding or Stator short?
- ESC have you tried different one? Maybe check settings like PMW and timing?

Try also to change title of topic like "OXY 3 RPM Phase Sensor noisy" maybe some OXY owner can help.

Thanks adrian. I'll change the title. I think in the mean time I'm going to go back to the YEP governor.
