In the proper section of the device explorer, the spirit governor settings can be missing, and I cannot get them back by switching to other pages and returning to the general page. Anybody else seen this? I just moved the Hobbywing 50 cable to the Spirit to try the governor. I'm only getting slow beeps so went in to troubleshoot and found this problem with not always seeing gov settings. Dan

Maybe your throttle channel is not assigned. This is reason why it is not visible.

I checked using the Spirit software, and both channel 1 and channel 7 were unassigned. I don't know how that happened, but now I have gov settings available in the transmitter. There is still an intermittent problem with values showing up zero, values such as low and high pulse and max rpm. Exiting back to device explorer and re-entering the spirit pages a time or a few times will then show the values.

I initially started the heli up with gov off, set up the hobbywing 50 endpoints, then turned gov on. Startup is smooth, but it does over speed rpms before settling on the governed values. Nothing major, but does anyone else see this happen?

Hi,

please make sure that you have really the latest Jeti BIN file. If not it could theoretically cause settings corruption.
Respectively it must be version that correspond to the firmware you are using.

The latest version can be downloaded from here:

I was 99 percent sure I had the latest .bin file, but I uploaded at your suggestion anyway.

I went to device explorer, then to gov-- changed the max rpm value and hit "OK" (on transmitter). That popped me back to the main screen, and when I went back to the gov screen the max rpm number was zero. Restarted the spirit, went back in, changed the value, and backed out to find the the backup screen and stored settings there. The new value took, and everything is working fine. so it was operator error, confused by the OK button which saves settings in the transmitter but not in the Spirit device explorer. So I've learned something, and thanks for the help and suggestions.
