i have received the spirit in great packaging btw well done

one question to be sure

my transmitter gyro goes only from 0 to 100

whatever i tryed i was getting reading from 0 to 43% gyro gain in diagnostics tab

so i switched channel 5 which was gyro to banks and configured

bank 0 at 60% gyro and stabi disabled for normal flight (im able to see 60% HL)

bank1 at 60% gyro and stabi on rescue acro for rescue (Im able to see 60% HF when i switch to bank 1 from the option below)

so i should be fine right?

when i hit the switch from pos 0 to pos 1 and bank1 is enabled it should save the heli correct?

No.
Bank 1 Gyro gain in Spirit should be at -60% (minus 60%) for that to work.

EDIT: if you really see HF 60% it means you DID configure it to minus (-) 60%!!

we are allways talking for the rudder gain right?

i have the rudder gain on -60 on sensor tab but in disgnostics when i switch to bank 1 i see 60% HF

correct?

Yes!

You can test it. Pur your pitch stick down. Hit your Rescue switch. Swash will move to positive pitch (depending on how much you set it up on the Stabi tab).

yeap your were correct

i even test it upside down and it goes positive degrees in considaration with the ground

i had extra dificutly to have lvl swash and 0 pitch at the same time on setup

if there are any tips and tricks for that or a video i will be more than happy anyone to post it here

back from the field

I have to say that i tested the unit on my 550 which after a crash has a lot of vibrations (over 97) (still waiting for the parts to arrive)

and on my amazement the unit was holding the heli like there was no problem at all

ill make a detailed review on the Greek community which only a few know that this unit actually exist once i fix my 550 and fine tune it

after that im gonna get one more unit for my velocity and make a detailed review for the nitro pilots on Greek community


only one question

on hard pitch up or down the tail turns a little to the right , its better to change which value ?

rudder gain?
rudder delay?
pirouete consistency ?

Right now i got rudder gain at 60 should i try 70?

Hi,

for stock Trex 550 I recommend Pirouette Consistency of 160.
If you are using stock servo (e.g. Align 650) then Rudder Delay should be approx. at 5.
For this servo you should use 333Hz frequency.

So I recommend to increase Gyro Gain until you see any oscillation.
Oscillations should be visible in the high load and during fast forward flight. During hovering they will rather appear if Gyro Gain is extremely high.
