Your servos might be all OK, just the combination of these servos and your ESC/BEC may be not proper.
These servos are very demanding, so that even some very expensive ESCs are not enough and with any faster movement everything is resetted.
On the other hand some servos with even better parameters may work well with your ESC.
So very probably, everything is working "as it should" but together it is'nt.

But as I said previously, with some very cheap trick it can work well and reliably.

I have a feeling thinking about it that it must be the pitch servo doing it, because when I go positive negative that's when it freezes, then comes back with the servo's moving all around.

Is this what your talking about?
Which plug would I use to plug this into if so? And what size capacitor would be needed?

Ok it failed all tests when unplugging different servos....
What now? do I need a AUX BEC? I have some capacitors from an old power source from a computer, should I make up one of those "fix" capacitors and try that?? What volt and uf should I use if so?? I'm thinking of ordering a Castle 10a seperate BEC also?

It looks like even 2 cyclic servos + 1 rudder are too much for the BEC.

Yes, adding similar capacitor is what I was talking about. You can try at least 2200uF 16V capacitor. I do not recommend more than 4700uF. Max voltage for the capacitor should be bigger than voltage from the BEC which should be approx. 6V.
It can solve the problem.

But yes, better BEC will be better and safer option. You can order Castle BEC but if you will power it from 6S LiPo it will handle much lower currents instead of 10A which may be again not enough.

First you can try adding a capacitor.

Ok will try Capacitor, where should I plug it in? Channel 0 or aux 2?
Should I run separate battery for BEC I have a Castle 10a BEC that I had already ordered anyway for heli, and should be here in a few days.

Ok tried the 16v 2200uf....it went a lot further in the test, but 3/4 of the way, failed!
Thats a lot further than before LOL. So what do I do now?? Get new servo's?? Get a auxiliary pack 2s 2200mah? Run a UBEC unit?? I saw this little unit, and thought it may be of help??? http://www.hobbywingdirect.com/pages/ubec-10a-manual. I am getting tired of messing with this thing and would like to actually fly it some day....:-(

Oh just clicking around the program seemed stable, it at least didn't pop up the error message like it was..

Great.
You can try a bigger capacitor. Or add next 2200uF. 4700uF will solve your problem completely I guess.

Using better BEC will solve your problem perfectly. Hobbywing UBEC 10A looks very well, so this can be next option.
Using another battery is more complicated and it weights more.

I wouldn't go down the capacitor route. Your BEC is woefully underpowered if it Browns out like that. I'd much rather fix the problem. Get a better BEC. I don't think you can use a flight pack as your servos are not HV capable. Alternatively order a Hobbywing V3 100amp ESC. It's more reliable than the castle one and has a considerably stronger BEC.

Ok, I think I will just try getting this thing at least set up all the way, put a bigger ESC in it.
Oh would the Align DS515mg servo's be able to handle this HW 100a ESC since I assume it is a High voltage ESC????

As far as that 100a ESC goes are you talking the regular 100a Platnum or the HV 100a Platnum??? There are 2 versions. Wouldn't the HV require different servo's to be HV also??
