Do you have another PC to try it?
It looks like the software can't recognize fast enough when the unit is powered. Normally this process should just work. But don't be afraid, unit will work correctly when we will figure where is the problem.
Also in the worst case, we can re-flash it for you.

When the procedure start the blue light on the USB MODULE is doing some random blinks but the process will not initiate. I think I need a re-flash will I have to send it to you for doing that? Or you have any other ideas?

Can I ask you how you connecting power supply? Is it battery or BEC? Can you try to connect the battery faster after clicking the Flash button?
Is the SYS cable connected so that orange wire is closer to the SYS label?

I will send you special software that should do the trick.
To be sure - Do you see that LED on the unit always blinks for a short time during battery connection?

In the meantime, you can try to do the Recovery re-flash again, just leave it for few 10 minutes after pressing the Flash button.
If I am right, can you see these random flashes of the blue LED after connecting the power? If you can see it before power is connected, than something is running on the background that is causing the issue.
