Im a new spirit owner (regular red casing) and will be installing this on my goblin 380 build that ill be starting shortly. I would like to setup the rescue on my gear switch if possible (outside lower left switch). That way I dont have to take apart the radio to switch the bind and gear switch or not be able to use the original hold switch. I have my hold and flight modes on theie normal positions. Is there a way that I can get this set up?

Yah I've read that but I was hoping I could just use the gear switch to activate the rescue instead of having to take my tx apart and whatnot. Has anyone done this yet?

As I wrote, go to that link and get the idea.
Then use it for whatever switch you like.

Just like Alyon187 stated, I too cannot figure out how to use the gear switch to activate the bailout/rescue function. When you go into switch assignment, there isn't an option to assign anything to the gear switch. I want to keep the trainer/bind button as it is because I use it for a flight timer. I was able to get the gyro function to work with the Aux3 knob. But, if there is a way to make this work with the 'Gear' switch, I am not seeing it. Anyone? Perhaps someone has another idea?

Its mislabeled, the gear switch is actually the mix switch in your options.

Sweet! Thank you very much. My Spirit Pro just arrived today.
Up till now, I have had a BeastX and an IKON. Hoping for the best.
