Motor poles of your motor is 6, which mean that the sensing divider must be 3. Please check the manual or hover the mouse cursor on the Sensing Divider parameter to get more details about the parameter.

Previous version was very different, but it does not mean it worked correctly with the wrong settings. It was rather big coincidence.

This is great. You can also post your findings on other forums where you have putted the question.

Back down the flying field for another go at this.
No still not working.
Requested Headspeed in the software for Id1 is 1850. I get 1970 when hovering and with a slight increase in pitch as high as 2050 recorded. Have tried changing parameters with no change.
Throttle has been setup again from the start earlier on in the week. Engine shut off is at 0% and everything looks OK in the software.
I'm rapidly running out of things to try now and so far after about 3 weeks have not achieved a thing with no difference noticed from the original test.

If it is increasing with collective pitch position, then the only problem may be too high Governor Performance value. In this case you can try to decrease it.

The head speed is too high and not what is set in the software. Hovering should be at requested 1850 but is way above that. Software settings do not make any difference at the point which has always been the case.

Governor Response acts as feed forward so if it is too high, head speed will be higher than requested. Even when you hovering and it is too high, it may cause the issue.
Try to set Governor Response to 1.
Where is your collective pitch when you are spooling the helicopter?
