Should your rescue bank settings be essentially the same as your Idle Up settings? Was wondering if gyro sensitivity or perhaps governor settings should be adjusted differently to aid in recovery.

It is not needed.
You can use Banks in any way you wish. If you feel that for example your rudder does not hold well with different RPMs, then it is one possibility.
You can also use Banks to achieve different flight behavior,

Ok thanks, I was wondering since rescue just levels and pitches if certain settings could be tweaked to assist rescue. Or does rescue ignore most of the other settings anyway.
